You can put a whole evening into Arc Raiders and still feel undergeared the moment the bots start stacking up. That's usually when Complex Gun Parts become the problem. You've got a shiny blueprint, the workbench is ready, and then you realise one tiny component is gatekeeping your build. If you don't want to limp into tougher runs, it helps to plan around it early, even if that just means keeping an eye on ARC Raiders Items while you map out what you're missing.

1) Risky Runs That Pay Off.
The fastest way is also the messiest: go where the game wants you dead. Arc Outposts and Arc Rifts are the obvious picks, because the loot tables actually feel like they respect your time. Don't wander in and "see what happens". Go in with a goal. Bring a loadout you can control under pressure, and bring enough ammo to finish the job, not just start it. If you've got a squad, call your lanes and clear corners like you mean it. Then loot like a maniac. Crack open every crate, hit the side rooms, check those awkward ledges people skip because they're in a hurry to extract.

2) Safer Scavenging Routes.
If you're solo, you'll probably do better with steady, repeatable scavenging. Tech Salvage Sites, junkyards, and abandoned factories are the kind of places where you can move slower and listen for trouble. You'll burn time sorting through scrap, sure, but you also avoid the "one mistake and it's over" vibe of Rifts. A good habit is to run a tight loop, not a random wander: hit shelves, tool benches, and storage areas first, then sweep the perimeter on the way out. You're looking for consistency, not a miracle drop.

3) Guaranteed Sources People Forget.
1) Check the mission board every time you're back, even if you think you won't bother. Some side ops hand out Complex Gun Parts as a listed reward, which beats praying to RNG. 2) Pick fights with the right targets. Light units are noisy and cheap; heavy Arc bots and commanders are where the good components tend to show up, especially if you loot immediately and don't get pushed off the body. 3) Don't ignore vendors. If you've been hoarding resources "for later", this is later. Buying a missing part can be smarter than running another sweaty raid just to come out empty-handed.

Keep Your Crafting Plan Simple.
The trick is treating Complex Gun Parts like a schedule, not a surprise. Decide what you're upgrading next, track what you need, and stop burning them on impulse crafts you'll replace in two hours. That mindset alone makes farming feel less brutal, and it keeps you ready when difficulty spikes or your team wants to push deeper. When you're prepping for that next step, it's worth double-checking your stash and comparing options for ARC Raiders gear before you queue up another run.U4GM provides curated ARC Raiders gear to help you complete operations faster and dominate high-risk zones.
