Any recommendations for a pre purchase inspection service in Sharjah?

I'm finally ready to buy a used car after months of saving and I'm determined not to rush into it after hearing too many horror stories from friends. The car I'm looking at is in Sharjah so I want to find someone local who can inspect it before I commit. I've been searching around and came across https://800sayara.com/car-pre-purchase-inspection-sharjah/ while comparing options, though I'd rather hear from people who've actually used a service like this than just go off a website. What I want to know is whether these inspections give you a proper written report with photos, since I'd want something concrete to negotiate with if issues come up. Also does the inspector come to the seller's location or do I need to bring the car somewhere? Trying to plan the whole thing smoothly because the seller seems motivated and I don't want to lose the car by dragging my feet.
