They create ESB Gold so grindy that they can monetize approaches to go around it. This happens a lot with console and PC, also, and it's an issue that has to be dealt with. Bethesda seems intent on nose-diving into the floor as hard as it could, and it is sad to find franchises like Elder Scrolls and Fallout neglect to monetization like this.I don't understand getting so upset about loot boxes and stuff like this, even at full price games. As long as it is possible to get the full experience with them, who actually cares? I'd be pissed if my children spent all my money on these, but as anyone who grew up in the 80's when the onslaught of 1-900 numbers emerged, that is not a new thing. My parents were pretty pissed when we got ahold of this joke-line, or even the scary story number...

Wait until kids from mobile era grows up. They will be the new peasants dethroning the current console peasants. They'll see their favourite console games goes to mobile and obtain their ports on console. Be called as elitists for needing 4K and control support. Only then, they will understand what PC gamers today feel like today when they are called an elitist for needing uncapped frames, resolutions, and getting better hardware is better for overall experience.

From gacha to gems or something, all of them share this particular function, so no it is not surprising that Bethesda chose that for a different cellular game. Fallout Shelter also greatly relies on in-app purchases. You do not have to enjoy Bethesda, The Elder Scrolls Blades or anything, but being mad that the other cellular game has in-app buys whether it is created by them or not is just silly. If you want it, try it out, you do not have to buy the in-game currency that I am sure that you can make like most gacha programs. If you do not, then don't get the program, but behaving like Bethesda is poor bc they are employing a formulation done by nearly all programs is just being disingenuous.
