Spent weeks debating whether to fix my scratches or just leave them

I'll be honest, I let a few scratches pile up over the past year, one from a shopping trolley, one from brushing a wall, nothing dramatic but enough that the car stopped looking cared for. I kept telling myself I'd deal with it eventually, then eventually never came. What finally pushed me was a resale quote that came in lower than I expected, and the guy straight up said the cosmetic condition was hurting the value. It made me realise I'd been putting off a job that wasn't as big a deal as I'd built it up to be.
